Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to inspect the item before processing any refund.

We recommend that customers outside EU who have doubts about the size, do not hesitate to ask us (contact@razzabepuro.com) so that they do not have size problems once they receive the product.
